If you want help with your own vehicle, describe which seat area concerns you, the settings used, cabin conditions and what you expected. State whether your comparison is with a demo vehicle, another R2 or a different model. Similar impressions do not by themselves establish identical hardware or a manufacturing defect.
Ask Rivian to evaluate a persistent concern and post a redacted outcome if you receive one. Avoid dismantling a seat to resolve a forum argument. For comfort discussions, your height, preferred seat position and duration of driving can help, but sharing those details is optional.
What objective information would make this discussion clearer? Useful contributions include dated official explanations or careful observations on your own vehicle. Repeating an unconfirmed VIN threshold adds certainty without adding evidence.
